Camera Angles with photos
Long Shot- A long shot is a shot that shows the entire subject in relations to it's surroundings.
Establishing shot- Is a shot that shows the "Big Picture" and the geographical location.
Extreme Close Up Shot- Is a shot that is every close up to the subject. Used to show details that you won't see from far away.
Medium Shot- Filmed from a medium distance, closer then a long but not as much as a close, used to display a characters actions.
Close Up Shot- Is a shot that usually is on the face, used to show emotions.
Bird's Eye Shot- A shot created from high up looking down on the object.
Worm's Eye Shot- Is a shot that is taken from below, like a worm. It makes objects look tall.
Point of View Shot- Shows what the subject is looking at or there point of view of the world.
Over The Shoulder Shot- Is a shot taken from over the shoulder of the subject to look at something else.
Eye Level Shot- A shot taken at eye level of the subject.
Reaction Shot- A shot that portrays a character reaction to whats going on around them.
